We're excited to welcome Mariam Chaladze to the team as our first talent and people ops hire. 

Mariam worked as the first HR hire at Vabaco, and helped scale the company to over 120. Mariam’s goals will be to design and implement a distributed talent strategy, focussing on Culture, Talent and People as a strategic pillar of our business.

Q: What are you most excited about joining Intrro?

A: The most exciting part of joining Intrro, alongside with a great company culture and talented co-workers is the product. As I’ve been recruiting tech talent for 4 years already, I have come across many challenges which our product helps solve.

Q: What do you love most about working in technology and data science ?

A: Data science is innovative and plays a huge role in shaping the future. It is constantly changing and evolving and it has been an amazing opportunity for me to work in this field as it challenges me to learn something new every day. Also, the people in tech are amazing. It is a diverse industry, and the people who work in it tend to be very passionate and resourceful when it comes to their job.

Q: What type of projects are you excited to work on at Intrro?

A: I’m very much into building a healthy company culture and positive working environment. I’ve been most excited getting to know to my co-workers, learn and grow from their experience, as well as bring my own perspective to the table.

Q: What do you like to do outside of the office? 

A: Outside the office I enjoy reading, film photography and collecting and listening to my vinyls.

A: Fun fact ?

A: I (may) have pet every single dog in Tbilisi, Batumi and surrounding areas.
